The sweatshirt is good, good value for money, good workmanship and very warm and comfortable. For the shipping was a problem. Purchased on 12/14/2020 arrived on 12/27/2020 despite paying fast shipping, more than the cost of the sweatshirt, to get it for Christmas. Very correct in support via phone and availability. eventually the shipping cost was refunded to me, graciously. They should clarify that the stated shipping time is for when the product is delivered from the company to the courier. However, it should be mentioned that there was a trucking strike on 18.12.
