Our mission is to satisfy our customers: this is why we offer various shipping options for you to choose from.
When placing an order with various products and brands, please be aware that your order may ship from different warehouses in several packages. Depending on stock and location of the warehouse, hence, delivery times may vary.

Please note that all orders are subject to an additional processing time of 1 to 2 business days, at our warehouse. All packages will only be processed and delivered Monday to Friday.

Note: The specified delivery times are only valid for orders placed before 12 noon Central European Standard Time. Deliveries are subject to delays by various factors such as border clearance, regional holidays, weather conditions, problems with the shipping carrier or incorrect address information. If you do not receive your package in the specified time, please contact our customer service.
